The complex of buildings was designed based on the planning provisions, taking into account the context of the location and complementing the urban fabric within the block of Strzelecka, Raciborska streets, and KDW road. It consists of two sub-blocks, the shape and positioning of which fit into the planned building lines.
The realized complex accommodates various functions; apartments, commercial premises, and publicly accessible squares and courtyards. The architectural expression is based on the contrast between the external and internal facades.
