The complex of buildings was designed based on the planning provisions, taking into account the context of the location and complementing the urban fabric within the block of Strzelecka, Raciborska streets, and KDW road. It consists of two sub-blocks, the shape and positioning of which fit into the planned building lines.
The completed complex houses various functions; apartments, commercial establishments and public plazas and courtyards. The architectural expression was based on the contrast between the exterior and interior facades.
