The proposed residential complex consists of four buildings that, in addition to residential functions, offer a multi-space garage, technical rooms, and storage on the -1 level. Building A4 also includes spaces on the ground floor designated for commercial functions, such as a grocery store and a kindergarten.
The buildings have been designed as regular rectangular volumes with an offset on one level from the southern side, taking into account the shape of the plot and its relationship with the surrounding buildings and cardinal directions. This arrangement creates semi-private, green spaces that open up towards the south, while on the northern side, it forms a building line along Banacha Street. According to the local development plan, the western side includes a street and a reserved area for a fast tram route.
