The layouts of buildings situated within the areas designated by building lines have been planned. They form street frontages in a block layout, with commercial and service premises on the ground and higher floors. Garages and technical rooms are located in the underground levels. Commercial and service premises are open for future users’ arrangements. The buildings have a cubic form with a modular window layout and a regular rhythm of divisions.
Public spaces include urban squares at the base of tall buildings and service areas on the ground and upper floors of the buildings. The spaces within the blocks are designed in the form of courtyards with playgrounds, recreation zones, exits from underground garages, and walkways to the services on the first floor. The roofs over the buildings are green, with viewing areas.
