Osiedle Mozaika – building D2 and C3

The buildings constitute the first stage of the “Osiedle Mozaika.” The project provides for 184 apartments with a total area of 9 454,94 m².

We treat buildings C3 and D2 as a compositional whole, being part of a larger design. The architecture is formed by facade motifs in the nature of a jigsaw puzzle, from which we assemble each of the building’s facades. The repetitive elements of the so-called “puzzle” were designed to fit the scale of the “human unit”, so as to achieve a friendly, not overwhelming expression.
The color scheme used, in the form of warm white and shades of noble gray, is intended to be timeless and discreet. Sporadically used in the interiors of loggias and entrances to the buildings, the gold color warms up the whole assumption, harmonizing with the nature of the planned greenery and elements of small architecture and recreation.
