This building was designed as another element of the street frontage on Lipska Street, continuing the line of existing buildings at Lipska 4, 6, and 8. We wanted to maintain the continuity of the front façade, which harmoniously composes the facades of the existing building
The building, with an “L” shaped layout, is situated parallel to Lipska Street. The regular solid is broken by a two-story undercut, constituting the main compositional element. There is a regular arrangement of windows, loggias, and balconies on all facades of the building.
