Inspired by Krakow’s modernism, the residential buildings feature bright façade planes, simple window divisions, steel railings with a straightforward design, and rational detail. The rhythms of the windows in the façade plane are varied by the “recesses” of the loggias and the “protrusions” of the balconies. A decorative detail is the geometric pattern based on rhombuses.
The color scheme of the buildings is in shades of white, which serve as a backdrop for the landscape architecture elements in the inner part of the block. Details of prefabricated plates of terrain stairs and walls, made of concrete, define the quality of the complex.
