The planned complex consists of four seven- and eight-story buildings housing 353 apartments of varied structure and size. The construction is carried out in three stages due to the structure of the underground garage. Modern, dynamic building volumes relate to the architecture of the neighboring hospital and the planned hotel buildings with a conference center, also designed by us.
The project complements the already realized medical and hotel functions and has the potential to become the hallmark of this part of Katowice. The composition of the building volumes intertwines to form blocks, creating a graphic symbol of infinity.
