147 apartments have been designed with a total area of approx. 7,960 m². A two-level underground garage for 173 parking spaces is located under the building.

The building features a unique façade, where classic design meets modern solutions. On the western side, facing November 29th Avenue, a regular grid of divisions has been used, interrupted by tectonic offsets. These offsets give the building’s mass a dynamic form, also serving the practical role of ensuring proper sun exposure.
The northern façade is the main theme of the entire project. The motif of repeatable divisions in the form of “L puzzles” gives character to the whole object. Concrete balcony slabs have been contrasted with the warm color of the loggias.
