Malborska – Building B
Malborska Street, Kraków
A total of 69 flats and 2 commercial units with a total area of 3 414,24 m² have been designed. A single-storey underground garage for 75 car park places has been located under the building.

Due to site considerations, most importantly the proximity of the existing tall building. The proposed form has a regular shape, which consists of two offset perpendiculars. At the junction of the two figures, recesses were designed in the form of loggias, which act as “keystones” connecting the two blocks.
Both the “keystones” and the loggias, located on the south and west sides, formed through cutouts of the solid, are designed to open up the massive mass.
