In terms of shaping the architectural expression of the designed building, it is planned to continue and develop the facade theme that is present on the already existing Projects at 4, 6, 8 and 16 Lipska St. This theme will be based on regular facade divisions and portfenet windows, which are characteristic architectural elements of these buildings.
