The planned complex consists of three blocks serving as the main functions: a restaurant, conference halls, and a hotel. These spaces not only allow for organizing various events such as training or conferences but, above all, serve as the heart of the community in Dobrzeń Wielki, providing a place for residents to meet and host local events. The entire complex forms coherent volumes, and to limit overheating in the summer, large windows are located on the northern and northeastern sides, with a focus on high thermal insulation and the use of low-emissivity glass panels.
The project also involves the implementation of installation solutions that promote “sustainable design.” The investment is planned in a simple and block-like manner, ensuring minimal disruptions to the functioning of existing elements during the construction of subsequent stages. This allows for flexibility in the sequence of building individual parts of the complex. The planned complex will not only serve as a business space but also as an important social center in Dobrzeń Wielki, integrating the community and creating space for various local events.
