The project of the Rzeszów City Hall includes the main building of the Administrative Center (55 meters in height) as a glass, bright, and transparent dominant element in the city’s skyline. The building is located on the southern part of the plot, creating a spacious City Square (90 x 70 meters) on the northern side as a public space and a driveway for VIP guests.
The ground floor of the building houses a publicly accessible Residents Service Center with appropriate facilities, while the higher floors accommodate the offices of the Municipality’s Departments. Additionally, underground garages, archives, and technical facilities are planned. Access is secured through entrances from Piłsudskiego Street and a pedestrian-vehicle passage, providing 425 parking spaces.
