The architectural design covers a plot with a typical urban character, located at one of the main entrances to the city. The shape and slope of the plot, as well as the building conditions set out in the decisions, shape the adopted design solutions. The buildings are designed along Turowicza and Fredry streets, creating defined building facades. Facing Fredry street, the project continues the character of the street, creating small buildings with brick facades, paying tribute to the historical function of the place – a brickworks. On the side facing Turowicza street, the buildings act as acoustic screens, isolating the housing estate from the noise of the main road. The design of the buildings marked as “C,” “L,” and “T” allows for color and material accents with bricks, influencing the perception of the space between them.

The natural terrain slope was utilized in shaping both urbanistic and architectural solutions, placing the buildings on separate “terraces,” giving the development a cascading character. Additionally, by locating the main vehicular routes and parking spaces along the boundaries of the plot, a large open space was created for the residents. An incredibly important element is the incorporation of preserved spruce trees as part of the playground and recreational area, making them a distinctive feature of the site. The project harmoniously blends urban space with greenery, providing a friendly environment for the residents.
