You are invited to explore the architecture of this modern office building, whose design fully considers the unique limitations of the plot and the functional requirements of an office space. The building has been designed as a low-rise structure with a height of 12 meters, which eliminates the need for a fire lane. Nonetheless, despite its irregular form, the building maintains a high level of functionality and attractiveness for future tenants. The architecture of the building has been created organically, utilizing the shape of the plot to form a unique structure.

The irregular southern facade provides unique and interesting perspectives that enrich the aesthetics of the entire building. Nonetheless, a certain level of repeatability and regularity has been maintained in the facade, which is subtly broken in two strategic points – at the entrance area of the building and at the entrance to the garage. The entrance area, centrally located on the southern facade, divides the ground floor into two parts: one for services and the other for offices. The entrance hall houses stairs and a passenger elevator, providing access to the other two levels, where spacious open-plan offices are located. Additionally, on the underground level, there is a garage for cars and technical rooms.
