The office building complex located at Czerwone Maki Street in Krakow consists of three buildings designated as A, B, and C. All the buildings are situated on a shared, single-level underground garage, and each of them has one underground level and four above-ground levels, including a basement, ground floor, and floors from the first to the third. On level -1, there is an underground parking garage for cars, technical rooms, elevator lobbies, and fire escape vestibules leading to evacuation staircases.
In the above-ground section on the ground floor of each building, there is an entrance hall with a reception area, evacuation corridors, and office space that has been individually arranged by the tenants. In Building C, there is also a dining area with a kitchenette. From the first to the third floor, the space has been designed for office use, tailored to the needs of the tenants.
