Interdisciplinary complex of buildings located at Lipska Street 4-6-8 in Krakow, consisting of two residential and commercial buildings (A1 and A2) and an office and commercial building (B), all situated on a shared underground garage, creates a complete, new urban area. The triangular shape of the plot, located along the main communication artery, allows for easy access to the city center. The main facades present an urban character, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.
The creative design combines urban and residential aspects with inner courtyards open to light and greenery. The use of a band-like arrangement of windows creates a cohesive architectural expression. The complex features distributed parking lots, bicycle racks, and a playground, and the area is not entirely fenced, encouraging the use of the urban space. The interdisciplinary complex forms a new part of the city with a “centro” character, promoting creativity and multifunctionality.
