The proposed building is centrally positioned on the plot, in accordance with the existing building line from the street side. It consists of 6 above-ground levels, with 5 of them being for regular use, one serving technical functions, and it also has one underground level. The main entrance is located on the western side, while the technical exit, entrance to the canteen’s backroom, and garbage room are located on the southern side.
The building has a smooth rectangular form with arcades on three sides: facing the street, the south, and the east. The communication core consists of an enclosed staircase and two elevators. The building’s facades are designed as smooth surfaces with windows practically embedded in the structure.
