The building is designed on a rectangular plan with a centrally located communication and installation core. There are 7 above-ground floors, of which 6 serve functional purposes, and one is technical, in addition to 2 underground garage levels. The entrance is planned from Pachońskiego Street.
A cubist form with a “refined undercut” on the ground floor and offsets on the fifth and technical floors. Regular window divisions of the facades and the cuts of the facade claddings give the building a logical and orderly form. The window openings of the facades, except for the southern facade, are designed flush with the elevation, emphasizing the “sterile character” of the building’s volume.
