Nova Mikolowska in Katowice with the SARP 2024 Award of the Year!
This is one of the most important architectural competitions in Poland. Our project won in the category “Multi-family residential building”.
Residential and commercial complex “Nova Mikolowska” in Katowice with a nomination for the SARP 2024 Year Award in the category of multi-family residential buildings.
We are happy to announce that our studio has won a nomination in the category of multi-family residential buildings for the SARP 2024 Award of the Year. This is a great honor for us and confirmation that our work is recognized by the community. We would like to thank the team, our clients, contractors and collaborators who contributed to the project.
The C2 residential building (at Papierni Prądnickich Street 76 and 78) has received its occupancy permit
In the six-story building that is part of the Górka Narodowa Estate, there are 103 residential units with a total usable area of 5,611.00 m². An underground garage has been planned for 112 parking spaces.
Mikołowska Apartments in Gliwice have received an occupancy permit.
The building has 152 apartments with a total usable area of about 8,420 m² and commercial premises of about 395 m². Underground and ground floor garages are planned for 178 parking spaces. Additionally, 13 parking spaces have been implemented on the property.
