The six-storey building D forming part of the Górka Narodowa Estate contains 112 residential units with a total floor area of 5,954.57 m² and 13 commercial units with a floor area of 898.12 m². An underground garage is provided for 103 m.p.

The next building on the Lipska Street frontage has VI overground storeys and 1 underground storey. The building contains 117 residential units with a total floor area of 6 140,97 m² and 2 commercial units with a floor area of 198,49 m². An underground garage is provided for 136 m.p.m. In addition, 11 m.p.m. are provided on the site.

The Nova Mikołowska Estate in Katowice, designed by us, received an honorable mention in the 30th edition of the “Architecture of the Year of the Silesian Voivodeship 2024” competition in the multi-family house category. The competition included buildings located in the Silesian province, as well as outside the province, but completed by architects from the Silesian province.

149 apartments with a total area of about 7 960 m² and 2 commercial premises with an area of about 90 m² were put into use. A two-story underground garage for 173 parking spaces was located under the building.
